Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the Lost Designer Qatar storefront or purchase authenticated pre-owned luxury through it.
Storefront and operator
The Lost Designer Qatar online storefront is operated by Lost Designer Pty Ltd (ABN 94 683 102 721). Contact customer care or email enquiries@lostdesigner.com.au.
Items and prices
Most pieces are pre-owned and one of a kind. Each listing shows the actual item, documented condition, measurements and stated inclusions. Qatar storefront prices are in QAR and include the stated import VAT and duties for a Qatar order.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and is not final acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment or address checks cannot be completed, or there is a material pricing or listing error. Payment must be completed using an option offered at checkout.
Delivery to Qatar
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays, and sent by insured, tracked DHL Express with signature on delivery. Delivery is usually 3–5 business days after dispatch; customs processing or remote addresses can affect timing.
Condition and authenticity
Review all photographs, condition notes and measurements before ordering. Pieces are reviewed and authenticated before listing and purchases include a lifetime authenticity guarantee. If a recognised independent authenticator proves an item inauthentic, contact us for review and an appropriate resolution, including a refund and return shipping where the claim is established.
Returns and problems
We do not offer change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listing, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. These terms do not exclude any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Layby
If you choose Layby, the payment plan, schedule and cancellation terms shown when the plan begins apply. The item remains reserved and is not dispatched until the balance is paid in full. Review the Layby page before committing.
Privacy and acceptable use
Your use of the storefront is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the storefront, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, trade marks or imagery without permission.
Applicable law and changes
The transaction is subject to the laws applicable to it, and mandatory consumer rights available to Qatar customers remain protected. We may update these terms; the version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.
